Friction drive
The most common conveyors work with the friction principle: the belt is driven by the friction between the drive pulley and the belt. YONGLI monolithic friction drive belts are designed to run under tension while still following all aspects of hygienic food transportation. The belts are completely closed from all sides leaving no room for bacteria to accumulate and can therefore be cleaned easily and effectively. Offering savings in time, water and maintenance. In situations where the belt load or conveying distance is relatively high, YONGLI monolithic belts can be produced with aramid cords hidden inside the belt's core.
