YONGLI Mexico begins operations

YONGLI Mexico officially began operations in July 2025, marking a key step in YONGLI’s strategic growth across the Americas. Located in Monterrey, the new branch features nearly 1,000 square meters of combined production, storage, and office space. A team of 15 staff members—many with prior experience supporting YONGLI as local distributors—now lead the facility’s day-to-day operations.

The site currently offers slitting, vulcanizing, and basic guide rope and cleat fabrications. To further enhance local service capabilities, additional equipment investments are planned before the end of 2025. These upgrades will enable advanced processing, including high-frequency welding for monolithic belts, traditional plied belt fabrications, slitting up to 3,200 mm, more efficient V-guide production, and capped edge finishing.

This expansion underscores YONGLI’s long-term commitment to the Mexican market and its customers throughout the region.
