ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Overall lead and operate the belting workshop to fulfill the sales order.
- Provide onsite service if required by sales team
- Have strong customer service mindset
- supervising of technical staff
- managing budgets
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge: -Mechanical & electrical engineering,
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamworking skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/BE in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical engineering
- Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical industry /BE with 3 years’ experience
- Strong on-hands capability
- Basic English communication skill is recommended, Chinese will be surplus.
- Able to lead whole workshop team in the future
- Integrity, open minded
- Over time working is required
