Principle responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Complete the order intake, invoice processing, payment processing, AP accounting, sub-ledgers closing, collection customer enquiry etc. timely
2. Responsible for verify, analyze, investigate, and resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiencies
3. Responsible for tax (incl. input and output VAT) reconciliation
4. Responsible for local inventory management
5. Responsible for intercompany operation, material order, importing and payment.
6. Contact window with YONGLI corporate finance team
7. Need to be fully aware the accuracy, cycle time, etc… for uploading, payment, closing
8. Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually
9. Prepare and submit all financial report according to YONGLI corporate requirement and be on time.
10. Maintain good relationship with local authority
11. Backup for other responsibilities if necessary

To succeed, you will need:

• At least 3 years’ experience in accounting
• Holding Accounting Certificate, Familiar with International Accounting Standard, familiar Chinese Accounting Regulations is a surplus, CPA is preferred not a must,
• University degree on accounting or finance, having study experience in China would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skill with solid sense on figures
• Good command of English is required, Chinese will be an advantage
• Proven computer skills: MS Office, Microsoft ERP module would be a surplus
